It's not torture if you can't speak

There is no excuse for causing a living creature to vomit, spasm, scream and suffer for 6+ hours just because WE decided after introducing it into the country that hey, we don’t want it any more.

There is simply no excuse. I can tolerate (but not be comfortable with) rapid, painless euthanising of pest species, but not this. Overall I prefer the methods that ceases the victim’s ability to reproduce, natural deaths doing the work for us, albeit more slowly.

But apparently Australia’s #1 way of removing feral foxes, cats, dogs etc is to give them hours upon hours of mindless torture until death.

I simply have no words.
