My loungeroom has windows that go all the way down to the floor.

I like to sit on the carpet in front of the window, and watch my Outside Television.

I prefer to watch when it is windy and rainy. Early morning and evening are the best times for this. I love watching the trees buffeted by strong gusts of air, and headlights cut through the sheets of rain.

Because the window is so huge, it is nothing like gazing through a regular one. It's like being inside a glass cinema. The thick red curtains add to the effect.

This window has spoiled me for other windows. When I one day buy a house, it is going to have a lot to live up to in the window department.

Sometimes my cat and my Karl come join me window-watching. Those are particularly good times.
